Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Procurement Projects Lead to join our team in the United States. You will work with Procurement Regional Category Leads, Project Management, Engineering, and other functions to develop and implement strategies that deliver on time, reduce risk, and maximize savings.

The role requires 5–8 years of procurement project experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 25% for sitework. Preferred CPSM or PMP certifications, and proficiency with SAP and MS Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant project-based Procurement experience.
• CPSM and/or PMP certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and MS Teams experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Procurement lead for projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve timely completion, reduce risk, and maximize savings.
• Maintain procurement plans, supplier lead-times, and delivery schedules.
• Lead gates and reviews, coordinate with Project Management and Engineering.
• Travel up to 25% and work in a hybrid/in-office setting.
