Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Expert Procurement Project Lead (PPL) to direct procurement for its most complex, high-value customer projects. You will act as the senior procurement expert during delivery and lead procurement strategy, risk management, and execution across multiple projects and stakeholders.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with PM, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, and Suppliers, owning performance metrics and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project-based procurement experience on complex automation, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or capital equipment projects.
• Proven track record managing procurement for large-scale, strategic customer projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles including critical path analysis and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement delivery for Dematic's most intricate, strategic customer projects.
• Develop project-specific procurement strategies aligned with objectives and commitments.
• Own procurement performance metrics and supplier delivery for defined programs.
• Mentor and develop procurement capability across teams to improve project execution.
