ISC Constructors, LLC is seeking a Procurement & Materials Specialist to lead procurement, purchasing, material management, and logistics for construction projects. You will ensure materials and equipment arrive on time while controlling cost, quality, and schedule risk.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, project teams, suppliers, and warehouse personnel to support uninterrupted field execution and closeouts. Strong ERP experience and electrical material knowledge are a plus.

Qualificações

• Minimum experience in construction procurement and supply chain.
• Knowledge of electrical construction materials is a plus.
• Experience with supplier sourcing, vendor management, price negotiation, and material expediting.
• Understanding of long-lead procurement and its impact on schedules.
• Experience using an ERP system; Vista by Viewpoint is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office apps.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement, purchasing, material management, and logistics activities supporting construction projects.
• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, and purchasing agreements.
• Coordinate material flow from suppliers through warehouses and ultimately to project jobsites.
• Monitor and expedite critical-path materials and long-lead equipment to support construction schedules.
• Identify procurement and supply-chain risks and coordinate solutions with project teams.
• Evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, service, availability, and project requirements.
• Maintain procurement logs, material status reports, inventory records, and tracking systems.
• Coordinate material staging, warehouse activities, inventory transfers, jobsite releases, and logistics.
• Support equipment procurement, rentals, repairs, calibration, and asset tracking.
• Assist Estimating and Preconstruction with material quotations and supplier pricing.
• Partner with Project Management, field leadership, Accounting, warehouses, vendors, and suppliers to support uninterrupted operations.
• Support project closeout, including surplus materials, warranties, equipment reconciliation, and vendor account resolution.
