Job summary

ICM Inc is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management to build and lead systems, people, and supplier relationships across projects, AMS, manufacturing, and regional execution in Kansas.

This hands-on leader will drive proactive supply chain control, improve visibility, leverage D365-enabled workflows, and deliver decision-quality reporting, while aligning with ICM's values of Innovation, Ownership, Humility, Collaboration, and Stewardship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in procurement, sourcing, logistics, or project-based supply chains.
• Proven ability to build supplier relationships, negotiate, analyze spend, and report performance.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ERP workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build supply chain operating system across procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and warehousing.
• Lead supplier segmentation, scorecards, negotiations, risk reviews, and development routines.
• Improve pricing, lead times, service levels, and supplier accountability through centralized spend.
• Provide decision-ready reporting on supplier performance, materials, capacity, and risks.
• Develop and coach Project Buyers, AMS Buyer, and Inventory/Facilities teams.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to optimize D365 workflows and controls.
