Job summary

Germinate LLC in Lake Oswego, Oregon, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery across multiple client engagements. You’ll be the operational thread, keeping engagements organized, risks visible, and clients confident.

You’ll work with the VP of Product Development and help grow into project management and client ownership. Ideal candidates are highly organized, clear communicators, and proactive, with 2–5 years in similar roles and experience using Linear, Smartsheets, and JIRA.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, account support, or a similar role.
• Experience in an agency, consultancy, or client-services environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management tools: Linear, Smartsheets, and JIRA.
• Comfort with Google Workspace and standard office software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stay organized across contexts.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Coordination: Maintain RAID logs, track action items, surface risks, schedule meetings, and keep systems accurate.
• Client Communication: Serve as day-to-day client contact for coordination and status items; assist with meeting prep and follow-ups.
• Operational Support: Track budget burn, coordinate with vendors/contractors, and close operational gaps with simple fixes.
