Job summary

Sunrun Inc. leads the way in residential solar power and storage systems. The Lead Installer works as part of a crew to complete solar installations, guiding and coordinating teammates daily. This role requires hands-on installation, safety leadership, and the ability to manage inventory and site readiness.

Starting as a leader, you will train with Power+ programs and drive efficient, high-quality installations while maintaining strong safety practices and a clean job site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous solar installation experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in Power+ cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory at loading dock to stock crew truck.
• Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, and electrical equipment.
• Apply weather sealing to roofing structures.
• Assemble racking and modules as per project plan.
• Lead crew through safe, efficient installations.
• Provide leadership and technical support to crew members.
