Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking a Project Manager to independently deliver strategic initiatives that create measurable value for customers and the organization. You will own the full project lifecycle—from planning through stabilization—while leading cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and monitoring benefits realization against OKRs.

A hybrid work model is available after two weeks, with a compensation range of $65,000 to $95,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years leading projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Certifications like PMP or CSM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project plans with schedules, budgets, dependencies, and change control.
• Publish progress on value realization and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Identify value gaps and drive corrective actions to maximize outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure documentation is complete and aligned with policies and standards.
• Coach teams on metrics and responsible AI usage as applicable.
