Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking a Project Manager to independently deliver projects that drive value for customers and the business. You will own the full lifecycle from planning to benefits realization, ensuring alignment with strategy and standards, with a customer-first mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes disciplined scope, schedule, budget and risk management, with a focus on OKRs and continuous improvements, including responsible AI integration and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience leading projects or major workstreams.
• Experience managing project lifecycles: planning, execution, monitoring, closing.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through stabilization and benefits realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies and risks.
• Maintain project documentation and standards in the designated system of record.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and sponsor/decision forums.
• Drive continuous improvement and responsible AI integration in project processes.
