Empower FCU in Syracuse, NY is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives through their full lifecycle in a hybrid work model, based at our headquarters with a minimum of five days in office each month.

You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, apply enterprise project management methodologies, address risks, and communicate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and project success.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of project management experience leading strategic initiatives.
• Experience applying PMI standards and guidelines.
• Experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects through full lifecycle using PMI methodologies.
