Job summary

Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Manager III to drive and deliver large, complex initiatives in finance technology. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope and budgets, and report progress to executive sponsors as you apply advanced PM practices.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, PMP preferred, and the ability to mentor other PMs. Hybrid or remote work options are available, with travel to Springfield, MA as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience leading large, complex technology projects.
• PMP Certification strongly preferred; Agile experience preferred.
• Advanced training or certification in change management or business analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management deliverables from initiation through closure for complex projects.
• Oversee cross functional teams and vendor management for assigned programs.
• Define scope, budget, timelines, and milestones aligned to business goals.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resources plans and status reports.
• Communicate with senior leadership and stakeholders; manage risks and changes.
• Promote project management maturity and adoption of standard tools and processes.
