Job summary

Dovida North America is seeking an experienced Project Manager/PMO to lead transformations from initiation through adoption. This on-site role in Omaha requires coordinating stakeholders, developing plans, tracking progress, and delivering measurable business value across departments.

You will partner with business leaders, IT, operations, and vendors, manage budgets and timelines, and prepare executive dashboards and status reports. PMI/PMP is preferred; 4–7 years of PMO experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• PMI / PMP certifications preferred.
• 4–7 years of project management or PMO experience.
• Experience with software implementation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Healthcare, home care, franchising, or multi-site service industry experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple strategic and transformational projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Support the delivery of business and technology initiatives across departments.
• Assist in software evaluations, implementations, and process transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business users to define requirements and improve workflows.
• Support technology adoption and organizational readiness activities.
• Coordinate testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Support business leaders during organizational and technology changes.
• Coordinate project meetings and steering committee updates.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports.
