Job summary

4over is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Enterprise PMO, leading strategic initiatives that align business and technology to improve operations. You will manage high-impact projects from initiation through adoption, partnering with business leaders, Tech teams, vendors, and executive sponsors.

Responsibilities include developing plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving risk management to ensure projects deliver meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional business/tech initiatives.
• Experience managing projects from initiation to adoption.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk and dependency management.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise tech initiatives (CRM, ERP, PIM, eCommerce).
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic cross-functional projects from initiation through adoption.
• Translate business requirements into executable project plans with BAs.
• Coordinate stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and sponsors.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Ensure readiness for go-live and UAT/implementation planning.
• Communicate progress and manage stakeholder expectations.
