Job summary

McKinsey & Company in the United States seeks a senior transformation leader to drive large-scale programs across industries, partnering with client leaders to turn strategy into execution and measurable results.

You will manage PMOs, design operating models, coordinate cross-functional teams, and coach consultants while expanding the Delivery Assurance capability across North America. Travel up to 80% and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of consulting, transformation delivery, project management, or operational implementation experience
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, PMOs, and cross-functional workstreams in consulting or complex operational environments
• Proven ability to lead consultants and client teams through implementation and change initiatives while managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Strong project and program management, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills, including workshops and governance meetings
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility and agility required in a consulting environment
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% (Monday-Thursday)
