You will manage a team of consultants, oversee training programs, drive process standardization, and implement KPI-focused improvements, with oversight of over $2 billion in projects. Ideal candidates have a 10+ year track record in PM, strong leadership, and experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business admin, education or related field or 10+ years combined experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management, process review, re-engineering and analytics.
• Understanding of power generation, construction/plant operation or equivalent.
• Formal project management methodology design and management training; contract development and commercial experience recommended.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, evaluation of training effectiveness and tracking methods.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to influence others.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Energy Supply PM methodology, processes, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Drive standardization of business processes within Energy Supply and pursue continuous improvement.
• Oversee annual E&C project training program, budgets and staffing for training initiatives.
• Manage design and deployment of training curriculum; supervise instructors and develop curriculum.
• Research technology trends for training and KPI improvements; integrate solutions with business processes.
