Job summary

Xcel Energy in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, seeks a senior leader to guide the Energy Supply E&C capital management infrastructure, crafting policies, processes and training for over 200 projects and more than $2 billion over 5 years.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, align with company standards, and oversee fleet-wide training initiatives with regional travel to ensure value-added improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical, business administration, education or related field or 10+ years combined education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in project management, process review, re-engineering and analytics.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, practices, ability to evaluate effectiveness of training and tracking methodology.
• Travel across regions is required.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills, and excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Energy Supply approved project management methodology, processes, policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Lead training initiatives and manage annual training budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with directors, managers and project staff to align end-to-end processes with Xcel Energy standards.
• Ensure compliance with FERC and NERC regulations across E&C processes and policies.
