Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations/technology/finance or equivalent.
• BS in Engineering, Construction, Business, IT or related field.
• 10 years' experience in project management and process improvement.
• Ability to facilitate, train, lead and influence others.
• Experience directing diverse, distributed teams.
• Understanding of core business processes and industry trends.
• Knowledge of project planning and business justification.
