Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead people development and engagement programs across Supply Chain. You will design and coordinate programs grounded in adult learning principles and aligned with organizational priorities, reporting to the Director of Change Management.

You will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to develop role-based competency frameworks, onboarding resources, and data-driven training plans that support growth and capability-building across

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years in learning and development, organizational development, people programs, or related function
  • Experience designing and facilitating training for adult learners in professional settings
  • Coordinating cross-functional people programs across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong written and verbal communication with professional documentation and materials

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of Supply Chain career development programs and progression pathways
  • Plan and facilitate department-wide training programs including AI adoption training
  • Build onboarding frameworks and capability-building resources for employees
  • Own content governance for the Supply Chain Hub (Bloomfire) and maintain searchable resources
  • Facilitate engagement survey action planning with area leads and track progress
