Job summary

ISO New England Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across technology modernization, operational improvements, and enterprise applications.

You’ll plan, coordinate, and execute projects with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business outcomes. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities while partnering with IT, Market Operations, and System Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or other relevant field.
• Strong communication, facilitation and organizational skills.
• Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders, teams, or departments.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership in delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle: planning, execution, implementation, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making discussions to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate with IT, Market Operations, System Operations, Settlements, System Planning and other business areas to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and address project risks, obstacles, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Communicate status, decisions, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support prioritization with project insights and delivery expertise.
• Contribute to lessons learned and best practices within Project Management.
