Job summary

mPower, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex IT programs from planning through implementation. You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational and client objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong IT leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional teams, including government stakeholders and corporate leadership.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• 7+ years of IT project or program management experience.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing a Federal Government IT services contract.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments, cloud, cybersecurity, and ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects and initiatives.
• Build relationships with Government customers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and metrics.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Provide status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
