Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale IT modernization or upgrade initiatives.
• 5+ years managing cross-functional technical teams across full SDLC.
• 5+ years in DevOps environments, especially with CI/CD pipelines.
• 5+ years working with modern front-end frameworks (Angular or similar).
• 2+ years with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide IT modernization initiatives.
• Direct cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles.
• Drive DevOps practices, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Conduct future-state assessments and translate business requirements.
• Oversee modernization of Financial and Administrative systems.
