Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Project Manager/Task Order Lead to oversee multidisciplinary projects within the C5ISR domain. You will review customer PWS, assemble resources, and develop cost proposals in response to RFQs while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The role requires a PMP or equivalent certification, a Bachelor's degree in business or management, and extensive experience leading RF/communications projects. Travel up to 10% and a secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
• Ten years of direct work experience with C5ISR systems; eight years in managing RF/communications projects; four years supervising personnel and bids.

Responsibilities

• Review PWS to identify scope and deliverables.
• Develop cost proposals in response to RFQs.
• Develop and update project schedules to track progress.
• Create financial baselines and labor forecasts.
• Coordinate with managers to obtain resources for deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate essential information to the customer about operations.
• Analyze issues and implement corrective actions to meet goals.
