Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; experience may substitute for degree+10 years of relevant experience
  • Providing overall leadership, management and supervision of C4I project resources to ensure: Work standards are formulated and enforced
  • Leading a C4I multi-discipline team
  • Representing the company in all matters related to the contract
  • Assigning and managing customer projects
  • Supervisory/management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer related fields
  • Experience supporting maintenance and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, or ISR systems in operational environments
  • Experience troubleshooting complex system issues across hardware, software, and network components
  • Experience working with mission equipment, maintenance tools, and COTS systems
  • Experience using diagnostic and test equipment to identify and resolve system faults
  • Demonstrated understanding of operational requirements and ability to apply technical procedures in mission environments
  • Project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent
  • Collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
  • PMP

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee complex technical operations ensuring mission-critical systems are maintained and supported
  • Serve as primary interface with Contracting Officer, COR, and Government stakeholders
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage activities aligned to real-time mission requirements
  • Develop and maintain staffing plans ensuring qualified personnel coverage
  • Oversee execution of maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems
  • Ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and performance objectives
  • Review work discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Represent the contractor at technical and programmatic meetings
  • Manage task assignments, workforce utilization, and surge support requirements
  • Ensure compliance with security, quality assurance, and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate travel and deployment of personnel for offsite mission needs
  • Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations as required
