Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• 3–5 years of project planning/management experience.
• PMP or CAPM certification strongly preferred, PM concepts will be used.
• IMS experience (Integrated Master Schedule) required (3+ years).
• Experience managing technical/engineering projects in government contracting.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and introducing these practices.
• Experience with PM tools: GitLab, MS Planner, MS Project; Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with highly technical, cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in: technical reports, client briefings, risk management docs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee R&D projects spanning multiple technical disciplines.
• Lead cross-functional teams across labs to guide projects from conception through delivery.
• Establish and refine project management processes; hands-on with new tech.
• Develop and manage technical documentation, reports, and briefings.
