Job summary

CACI is seeking a Project Manager/Task Order Lead to oversee and manage the full life-cycle of projects from initiation to close, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. The role requires leadership of RF communications and C5ISR systems, with travel up to 10% across CONUS.

The position emphasizes a culture of integrity, risk management, and customer communication to ensure performance and client satisfaction. A secret clearance and PMP certification are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or equivalent.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C5ISR systems.
• Eight (8) years of direct work experience including design, development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of C5ISR systems.
• Four (4) years as a manager of RF communications and/or communications networks, knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies.

Responsibilities

• Review customer provided PWS to identify scope of work and deliverables; develop cost proposals in response to RFQs.
• Develop and update project schedules to track progress.
• Develop financial baselines and labor forecasts.
• Coordinate with functional managers to obtain required resources.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate project risks and mitigation approaches.
• Ensure timely communication to customer on essential information affecting operations, maintenance, and support.
• Assess issues, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions to meet goals and client satisfaction.
