CACI International is seeking a Project Manager/Task Order Lead to oversee multidisciplinary projects within the C5ISR domain. You will review customer PWS, assemble resources, and develop cost proposals in response to RFQs while maintaining schedules and budgets.
The role requires a PMP or equivalent certification, a Bachelor's degree in business or management, and extensive experience leading RF/communications projects. Travel up to 10% and a secret clearance are required.

Review customer provided Performance Work Statement (PWS) to identify scope of work and deliverables. Determine resources required to complete the project. Develop cost proposals in response to customer RFQs. Develop and update project schedules in order to track progress of projects. Develop financial baselines and labor forecasts in order to track financial health of projects. Coordinate with functional managers to obtain required resources in order to ensure project deliverables and taskings are completed. Identify, monitor, and communicate project risks and identify approaches to mitigate. Ensure accurate and timely communication to the customer of essential information impacting the operation, maintenance, and support of projects. Assess project issues, identify root-cause for failures, and develop corrective actions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
Required: Bachelors degree in business, management, or equivalent Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C5ISR systems Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Test & Evaluation of C5ISR systems Four (4) years as a manager of RF communications and/ or communications networks to include Supervising Project Personnel, Scheduling Work, Writing Proposals, and Preparing Bids and Equipment and Material Logistics Control. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures Desired: Masters Degree in business or equivalent.
