Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Project Manager - Spend Optimization Services to lead the successful execution of customer engagements and internal initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder alignment, reporting to the PMO Operations Manager.

The role may be based in Austin, TX; Somerset, NJ; or Milton Keynes, UK, with travel as needed. The position requires 4+ years of IT project management, proficiency in multiple delivery methods, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience serving as the responsible project manager for customer engagements or internal projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Project governance skills including planning, scheduling, reporting, and RAID management.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of assigned customer engagements and internal initiatives from initiation through closure, ensuring project work aligns with objectives and contractual expectations.
• Create, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, communication cadence, and project documentation.
• Drive project team accountability across workstreams, deliverables, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• Identify delivery challenges, determine next steps, and escalate blockers or decisions needing leadership guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, customer contacts, delivery teams, partners, and other contributors.
• Own project communications, including status updates, summaries, risks, issues, and next steps.
