Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Project Manager for Spend Optimization Services (SOS). The role leads day-to-day execution of customer engagements and internal initiatives from initiation through closure, aligning with SHI delivery standards and contractual expectations.

Based in Austin, TX (with potential travel). You will create and maintain plans, drive accountability across teams, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders, while supporting budgeting and governance processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience serving as the responsible PM for customer engagements.
• Proficiency with project governance, RAID logs, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution from initiation to closure.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones.
• Drive accountability across workstreams and dependencies.
• Identify delivery challenges and escalate blockers.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, customer contacts, delivery teams, consultants, partners.
• Lead project communications and status updates.
• Facilitate kickoff sessions, project meetings, status reviews.
• Monitor engagement health and risks, escalate as needed.
• Support engagement financial management, forecasting and budgeting.
• Apply PMO methodologies across engagements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices.
