Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Project Manager for Spend Optimization Services (SOS) to lead the day-to-day execution of customer engagements and internal initiatives from initiation to closure.

You will own planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder alignment, delivering against SHI delivery standards. Based in Austin, TX (or other SHI locations), you will collaborate with delivery teams, partners, and customers, while escalating blockers and driving decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing customer engagements and internal projects from initiation to closure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, dependencies and priorities.
• PMO methodologies, RAID management, governance, and project reporting.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of assigned engagements from initiation through closure.
• Create, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and documentation.
• Drive team accountability across workstreams and dependencies.
• Identify delivery challenges and escalate blockers requiring leadership input.
• Lead kickoff sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
