Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Senior Project Manager - Spend Optimization Services to lead complex, high-visibility engagements from initiation through closure. You will establish strategy, governance, milestones and success criteria while aligning with customer objectives and SHI delivery standards.

You will mentor PMs, strengthen governance, and drive delivery improvements. Travel 30–50% domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of IT project management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale, high-visibility engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-visibility customer engagements from initiation through closure.
• Establish strategy, governance, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Mentor PMs and coordinators; drive PMO maturity and delivery governance.
• Provide executive-level communications on status, risks, and decisions.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and critical decisions across teams.
