Job summary

Generac Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a reliable Project Manager to coordinate permits, inspections, and utility company communications while handling day-to-day office duties.

The role requires strong organizational and communication abilities, with comfort in managing multiple priorities and interacting with customers and outside organizations. This position is office-based and supports project teams as they stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional and courteous phone and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding items.
• Dependable and comfortable working independently.
• Previous experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull and coordinate required project permits.
• Schedule inspections with municipalities and inspectors.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with power and utility companies.
• Answer incoming calls and assist or direct callers as needed.
• Maintain project-related records and documentation.
• Perform general administrative and office duties.
• Communicate with team members to help keep projects on schedule.
• Assist with other office and project coordination needs as they arise.
