Job summary
Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee footprint optimization and integration initiatives. You will plan requirements with internal customers and guide projects through the full lifecycle, coordinating schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, including senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3+ years in manufacturing or distribution operations
- Proven project management experience
- Travel up to 35%
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to influence senior leadership
- Maintains agility in a dynamic environment
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead development of program schedules, budgets, and resource forecasting.
- Identify and manage risks, adjust program pace as needed.
- Define scope and execute key program decisions; manage changes.
- Deliver programs on time within budget and resources.
- Improve processes and tools across programs.
- Maintain schedules, scorecards, and run reviews.
- Capture learnings for future projects
