Job summary

Midwest Heritage is seeking a Project Manager in Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives across technology, process improvements, and infrastructure changes. You will drive projects from planning through closeout, partnering with business leaders, internal teams, and vendors to meet objectives within scope and budget.

The role demands strong organization, communication, and leadership with the ability to influence teams and manage risks in a fast-paced banking/financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management or similar.
• 3+ years leading technical and non-technical resources.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables with management.
• Manage multiple moderate-scale projects within budget and timeline.
• Oversee full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, testing, go-live, closeout.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners; manage deliverables and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams; communicate status to stakeholders; develop SOPs.
