Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three to five years of experience in Project Management or similar.
• Three or more years of experience leading technical and non-technical resources.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables with input from management and teams.
• Manage multiple moderate-scale projects within approved budget and timelines.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate daily/weekly project meetings and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners to manage expectations and timelines.
• Ensure quality and compliance with PMI processes across initiatives.
