• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or equivalent.
• Three to five years of experience in Project Management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking or financial services industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives with management input.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate lifecycle stages: initiation, planning, execution, go-live, closeout.
• Hold regular project meetings and track progress against plan.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Escalate issues and manage risks with stakeholders.
