Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction and multi-project oversight.
• Experience in developing and mentoring project management teams.
• Proven ability to win new business and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across Indiana projects, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead and develop the Indiana PM team to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Shape the office structure and define roles with executive leadership to ensure clarity.
