Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Columbus, OH, seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to support key account programs from quotation through delivery. The role reports to the Program Manager and coordinates across sales, engineering, quality, sourcing, operations, and external manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication and follow-up with internal teams, suppliers and customers.
• Ability to understand project requirements, customer expectations, schedules, and documentation needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools, action registers, schedules, and status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of key account projects across sales, engineering, quality, sourcing, operations, and supplier partners.
• Own day-to-day execution of assigned OSP projects from quotation/order release through production, inspection, shipment, receipt, invoicing, and closeout.
• Track project milestones, open action items, timing commitments, documentation needs, and delivery status.
• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned project activities, helping ensure teams remain aligned.
• Support quotation activities by gathering supplier inputs, customer requirements, lead times, cost details, and required documentation.
• Lead project and supplier kickoffs to align scope, requirements, inspection/documentation needs, milestones, logistics, and escalation paths.
• Help identify risks, schedule gaps, documentation issues, or quality concerns and escalates them in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate project records, including meeting notes, action trackers, schedules, customer requirements, supplier updates, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare regular project updates for the Program Manager and internal stakeholders, including status, risks, next steps, and decisions.
• Provide concise customer and leadership updates focused on changes, current risks, actions, ownership, due dates, and decisions needed.
• Assist with validation activities, including inspections, certifications, quality documentation, and shipment paperwork.
• Maintain visibility to upcoming demand by supplier and product family; support supplier qualification, scorecards, and reviews.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts to strengthen execution and cross-functional alignment.
• Up to 35% travel as required.
