Qualifications

• Ten years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• Experience leading large, complex technology implementations with multiple vendors.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from requirements to rollout and decommissioning.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and benefits realization plans.
• Coordinate vendor procurement and ensure quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Track statutes and policies; ensure compliance in the solution.
• Engage stakeholders across 23 judicial districts and lead change management.
