Job summary

VIIS Global Inc. seeks a highly experienced Project Manager to lead a statewide modernization initiative for the Colorado Judicial Branch, overseeing the replacement of a legacy Probation Case Management System across Colorado.

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in enterprise system implementations, data migration, vendor governance, governance, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement within complex environments.

Qualifications

10 years of Project Management experience.
5 years leading large-scale enterprise technology implementation projects.
Experience managing enterprise application modernization or replacement projects.
Experience with data migration initiatives.
Experience in multi-vendor environments.
Organizational Change Management (OCM).
Executive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional project teams.
Experience with multi-year project schedules, budgets, and governance processes.
Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the complete project lifecycle from planning through implementation and statewide rollout.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
Oversee procurement support, vendor management, and project governance activities.
Lead data migration, testing, deployment, and go-live readiness efforts.
Drive organizational change management, communications, training, and user adoption.
Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and decision-support materials.
Ensure successful transition from legacy systems while maintaining business continuity.
