Job summary

COOLSOFT in Denver, CO, is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to replace its legacy probation case management system. You will bridge technical infrastructure, legislative compliance, and frontline staff experience across Colorado's 23 judicial districts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in project management, information systems, public administration, criminal justice, business, or a related field.
Minimum requirement or equivalent experience in program management or governance.

Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle from requirements and procurement through design, build, data migration, testing, statewide rollout, and decommissioning of ICON/JPOD.
Develop and maintain the master schedule, budget, scope baseline, and benefits realization plan.
Translate strategic goals for probation into clear project objectives and measurable success criteria.
Support solicitation, evaluation, and selection of a solution vendor under state procurement rules.
Own governance processes and ensure quality, schedule, and cost across vendors and internal teams.
Track statutes, directives, and standards and embed them into system requirements.
