Job summary

Weber Shandwick in Los Angeles is seeking a dedicated Manager, Integrated Project Management to lead projects across our growing portfolio of brands. You will work closely with account, creative, influencer, social, analytics, and strategy teams, reporting to a Director or VP of Project Management to drive results.

You will own the project lifecycle from brief to delivery, manage scopes, timelines, resources, and budgets, and mentor internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in an agency setting.
• Strong financial management skills with scope and burn reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project/Smartsheet, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small to medium‑scale integrated campaigns with stakeholders.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from client brief to delivery.
• Lead scope, resources, estimates, timelines, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, account management, and internal teams.
• Manage account financials including scopes and forecasting.
• Lead internal team on day‑to‑day milestones and deliverables.
• Support onboarding processes and educate the team on roles and templates.
