You will manage scope, timelines, resources, and financials while coordinating with internal teams to deliver award-winning results and mitigate risks.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and burn tracking.
• Experience coordinating across creative, strategy, account, and analytics teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with ability to drive clarity in complex projects.
• Motivated, collaborative team player able to lead teams to success.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project/Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage multiple small to mid-scale integrated campaigns with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from client brief to final delivery.
• Define scope, resources, estimates, timelines, and processes for projects.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and account teams to deliver best-in-class solutions and mitigate risks.
• Monitor financial performance including scopes, burn reports, and forecasting.
• Lead day-to-day milestones and deliverables with extended teams.
• Onboard and collaborate with WS account teams; educate team on roles and processes.
