Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Project Manager to lead internal, departmental, and customer projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role also provides portfolio management oversight for a high-volume set of smaller, repeatable projects, coordinating priorities, tracking progress, risks, and delivering portfolio‑level reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing multiple project engagements.
• Experience supporting internal and/or customer‑facing projects with defined scope and timelines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand infrastructure‑related projects and effectively collaborate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiation: Drives effective hand over from project sponsor and executes kick-off meeting.
• Planning: Refines project plans, assigns required project roles, and reviews plan highlights with the customer.
• Execution: Establishes initial project setup and maintains progress with the team.
• Monitoring: Regularly reviews project status, time reporting, and conducts status meetings; escalates risks.
• Closing: Conducts post‑project reviews and surveys to capture lessons learned and customer feedback.
