Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• A minimum of four (4) years experience managing multiple project engagements.
• Experience supporting internal and/or customer-facing projects with defined scope and timelines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drives effective hand over from project sponsor and conducts kick-off meetings.
• Plans and refines project plans based on complexity and team input.
• Establishes initial project setup and maintains progress with regular team communication.
• Monitors progress, addresses risks, and escalates issues as needed.
• Conducts post-project reviews and captures lessons learned.
