Job summary

CSI is seeking a Project Manager to lead internal, departmental, and customer-facing projects in the United States. You will oversee initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of project management experience, plus strong organizational and communication skills. PMP/CAPM and Agile familiarity are preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• A minimum of four (4) years experience managing multiple project engagements.
• Experience supporting internal and/or customer-facing projects with defined scope and timelines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Initiation: Drives effective hand over from project sponsor; executes kick-off meeting.
• Planning: Reviews standard project plan and refines as required; ensures all team members are assigned; reviews plan highlights with customer; gains customer buy-in.
• Execution: Establishes initial project setup; regularly communicates with teams; proactively manages risks and issues.
• Monitoring & Controlling: reviews status; tracks time reporting; conducts status meetings; provides written updates; escalates risks.
• Closing: conducts post-project review; gathers customer feedback and satisfaction; drives lessons learned.
