Job summary

Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) seeks a Project Manager to lead internal, departmental, and customer-facing initiatives with a strong emphasis on portfolio oversight across a high-volume set of smaller, repeatable projects.

The role requires coordinating priorities, tracking progress, managing risks, and delivering regular status updates to leadership while ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget. CSI emphasizes collaboration across teams and stakeholders to optimize delivery and customer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
A minimum of four (4) years of experience managing multiple project engagements.
Experience supporting internal and/or customer-facing projects with defined scope and timelines.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, and manage competing priorities.
Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand infrastructure-related projects and effectively collaborate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

Drives effective hand over from project sponsor and executes kickoff meetings.
Plans, refines, and communicates project plans based on complexity and team inputs.
Ensures roles are assigned and regularly engages teams to progress as planned.
Identifies and manages risks and issues; conducts status meetings and writes updates.
Closes projects with post-project reviews and collects customer feedback.
Maintains portfolio visibility, prioritizes work, and provides leadership with insights.
