Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2–4+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects aligned with company objectives.
• Manage resources and collaborate with project teams to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure project scope and expectations are defined and maintained.
• Identify and assess risks, developing mitigation strategies for smooth execution.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including records, reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Analyze project data to generate metrics and provide insights to leadership for informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with subcontractor and vendor requirements, including insurance and contractual obligations.
• Monitor and optimize workflows across systems and tools to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.
