• Manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives supporting Business Banking priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Develop project plans, with timelines, forecasts, and roadmaps showing scope and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities, monitor progress, and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks early and drive resolution with appropriate escalation.
• Conduct root cause analyses and propose practical solutions to delivery challenges.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports and executive-ready updates for leadership.
• Provide clear project status updates in meetings and coordinate issue resolution.
