Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives supporting Business Banking priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, roles, milestones, and success measures.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, forecasts, and roadmaps with clear visibility into scope and delivery dates.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, set priorities, and follow through on actions for timely delivery.
• Identify risks and issues early, evaluate impacts, and drive escalation and resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend practical solutions to delivery challenges.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Prepare reports and executive-ready presentations for leadership audiences.
• Provide clear project status updates in meetings and coordinate issue resolution.
• Exercise sound judgment and initiative to execute commitments with minimal oversight.
