OHSU is seeking a Project Manager within the Department of Surgery to lead strategic initiatives and coordinate across divisions, central services, and school leadership. You will apply CQI methodologies, develop KPIs, and translate data into actionable process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible program/project management experience.
  • 2 of the required years must include administration or oversight of an ongoing project or program.
  • 2 of the required years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and know when to elevate issues.
  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes project plans for departmental priorities from initiation through closure.
  • Collaborates with leaders and serves as SME on assigned projects.
  • Monitors status, risk, and quality; drives timely resolution.
  • Maintains project documentation and status reports using standard tools.
  • Develops standard work and shares best practices to reduce duplication.
