Job summary

DBR is seeking talented engineers and designers to grow with the firm and manage project profitability and client relations. The role involves overseeing engineering, coordinating with partners, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include leading business development, managing RFPs and proposals, and performing project oversight from feasibility through post-construction, while maintaining professional client relationships and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree in engineering with HVAC/building electrical/plumbing emphasis or fire protection and 5+ years of experience, or 10+ years of qualified experience without a degree.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related office equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional and client-facing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development opportunities with Partners to increase revenues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee RFPs, SOQs and proposals and coordinate timelines with project teams.
• Prepare labor estimates, schedules, fee proposals, and contract negotiations; understand client agreements.
